Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address correctly, please check it).
All goods are shipped from Gold-Coast, Queensland.
We ship orders only on weekdays.
We deliver our products using FASTWAY Courier or Australia Post.
Shipping cost for orders under $150 is a flat rate of $10. This cost of $10 will be added to the order total before checkout.
FREE POSTAGE for orders from $150 and over.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Shipping times are estimated at between 4-6 working days, depending to your location, some remote locations may take up to 6-10 working days.
Expect more delays during the holidays periods.
We ship goods Australia wide only.
We cannot be responsible for loss or stolen goods due to incorrect address or incorrectly signed parcels. We cannot be held responsible for delays, non delivery or damage of items caused by the delivery company.
No claim for lost parcel can be registered after 30 days.
We do not deliver by COD.
Authority to leave freight without signature: ATL
IF you have asked us for the Parcel to be left at your address without signature, then consider that a legal Delivery Document : "AUTHORITY TO LEAVE FREIGHT WITHOUT SIGNATURE" has been authorised and emitted with your consent for our Courier Contractor to leave your freight at your address without a signature.
If your parcel has had an ATL, we will NOT be taking any responsibility for any claim for Loss and/or Damage relating to any freight items so left. Neither does our Courier Contractor.
We are taking care to ensure all items are checked, packed safely and securely for their journey to you.
Globes in Lamps can not be covered by insurance in transit, all lamps and electronics are tested prior to be dispatched and packed safely for their journey to you.
